Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Friendly helpful staff who recognise that the personal touch is always appreciated.
Loved it. Clean, nice large rooms, amazing views, fantastic food all served by friendly and very efficient staff.
I will definitely be staying here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this part of Scotland.
Brian and Kim couldn’t do enough. Bed lovely, breakfast lovely, welcome lovely especially our dog, Ned! Highly recommend and perfect for stopover on way to Cairnryan for the ferry! Thank you both. J&J and Ned
Lovely hotel and grounds in a very peaceful location situated on the outskirts of the town, its only a 10min walk to the centre of Lockerbie itself and a 2min drive from the motorway
Room was very spacious and clean, we had a really nice breakfast which was plentiful and kept you going for most of the day
Staff were very warm and friendly with nothing ever a problem. We would definitely stay here again as had such a relaxing pleasant stay and would highly recommend to others
Should also state that due to Covid this was the Hotels first weekend after being allowed to re-open and think the staff coped with it admirably
