"we are very satisfied with this hotel. We arrived early in the morning and were checked in early. We upgraded the room with 3 beds free of charge. The room is clean and cosy. The pool is very nice with nice sea view. The breakfasts are very tasty. The staff is very responsive and kind. Also in the hotel lives a small cute and beautiful dog. "2 bedroom Oceanviewに6泊しました。ロケーションが抜群でシェラトンまで道路1本渡るだけですのでダウンタウンの中心にあり便利でした。毎日お掃除がありバスタオル、ハンドタオル、フェイスタオルなど交換しベッドメイキングもありました。洗剤はなかったですが洗濯機はありました。(洗剤はフロント受付に言えば渡しますの案内の紙をチェックインの時にもらいました) とにかく清潔で便利で部屋も広々としてビューも良いので家族でのんびりできました。冷蔵庫や電子レンジも赤ちゃんの離乳食を温めたりするのに便利でした。フロントは英語でコミュニケーションできて良かったです。プールは確かに小さめではありますが、飲み物を注文できたり、深さも115cmなので小学5年生でも足が届いて楽しく泳いで遊びました。幼児用の小さいプールもあり、どちらも綺麗でした。ニャチャンにまた訪れる時はまた利用したいと思いました。"
