Don't arrive without a car
It is a nice place, and a great experience staying in traditional beehives. However, there are a couple of flaws. First, it is set up only for drivers. I found my way here by public transport. If you want to do anything outside the park, you are on your own, and the staff will absolutely not help you in any way. Second, the Hotels.com site states very explicitly, in clear language, that high speed internet is complimentary. But they charge you for it. I argued with the staff about this, and they tried to interpret the word complimentary, which has one and only one meaning in the context that appears on the site. The staff, as polite as they were, would not budge. They said they would talk to marketing about it. I know they are only employees, but their collective reticence to do anything for me, a guest traveling solo, was kind of a downer for me. I don't regret going, as the hikes were awesome and the animals are all over the park. But don't expect this place to honor whatever you find on any online booking site.,
