"Excellent Value for Money. For a 2-star hotel, this was an excellent stay and great value for the price paid. Location is convenient, and while the room was fairly basic, it was comfortable and equipped with effective air conditioning. Bathroom was small but clean and perfectly functional. Breakfast exceeded expectations, offering fantastic value with a good variety of options including bacon, fried eggs, pastries, fresh fruit, cold meats, and cheeses. Hotel bar also impressed with a wide selection of drinks at very reasonable prices. Most importantly, every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Parking is available, but can be a bit further down the street or around the corner. Overall, a comfortable, well-run hotel that offers excellent value and service. I would happily stay here again."

"Beautiful sanctuary close to Palma and the airport. Gorgeous resort with old style Mallorcan stone buildings, immaculately maintained. Basic but comfortable rooms - at the price I didn't expect more. The food in the restaurants is outstanding and so is the music entertainment, low key but sophisticated and a great standard. Service at the pool and at breakfast is very slow. It took 90 minutes one day for two club sandwiches to arrive at the pool. Please install padel courts in place of the tennis!"

"We only stayed one night to be near the airport for an early morning flight. (€20 taxi) Hotel is newly refurbished, very clean and staff were all very helpful. Room was small but ok for a stopover. Street was quite dark and unappealing."

"Everything was good EXCEPT the evening meals. Only buffet was available at adult hours. One night like that would have been acceptable but the second night was a Chinese buffet. Not great, and not in keeping with the quality of the hotel or prices."

"Really was pleasantly surprised with this Hotel. Booked ages ago and just before taking my trip I looked at the reviews which were up and down tbh. I decided to stick with it and was glad I did. Immediately on walking in the staff on reception were lovely. I couldn't say 1 member of staff isn't nice, definitely a stand out feature for this hotel. Really enjoyed my stay. I was half board, restaurant is lovely, smart with indoor & outdoor tables. There was a good variety of choices majority of the time. Breakfast was excellent too. The Hotel is clean and quite modern, pool is small but it's more than adequate for the amount of people usually around it. Nice jacuzzi, lovely pool bar and exterior dining area. There's indoor gym and an outdoor gym with various weight training machines. Rooms are more than adequate, bathroom a little small but did the job. 2 sets of clean towels daily, even had pillow cases and sheets changed mid week. The area is great, a bit of everything. The Hotel is 5 minutes walk from the beach but worth noting it's uphill on the way back for those less mobile. The sunset on the beach is spectacular."
