"We had a great stay. Lovely hotel, ideal location. spacious bright room. Comfortable bed. Stayed 5 nights and not once were we woken up at night by stupid people coming back to the hotel at night. Close to airport and minutes to the beach. Great pool. Very friendly staff. Amazing selection for breakfast. We will be back. Thank you "

"We have just had a lovely 4 nights here and found it to be perfect for what we wanted. We had a room on the 8th floor with pool and sea view. The room was a good size and very clean. The shower was good and the air con worked well. Check in was straightforward and the email instructions to download the up key app to enable us to use our phone to unlock our room worked well. Staff in all areas were very helpful and welcoming. Due to the location being up quite a steep hill this would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems but is in walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. The bus stop is also close by and costs just €2 to go to Palma. Food was fine at brunch. I would stay here again. "

"The Hotel 🏨 is in a quiet area of Arenal, the bedroom was clean and a reasonable size. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The bar was good and prices were reasonable. My flight time was before breakfast time so can’t comment on it. I would recommend."

"The property is nice and just about 4 blocks from the beach. The roof top pool is small but nice enough since the beach is so close. The breakfast in the morning is also very good with plenty of options."
