The Inn itself has had some rough use but they seem to be starting some renovations. Staff were attentive and needs were quickly addressed. Unfortunately the pool was not functioning. Breakfast was good. The attached restaurant (Flavours and Rolls) was excellent for lunch or dinner. They catered an event we had there and Melvin's support was outstanding.

Breakfast was really good and coffee staff very friendly hotel in the middle of upgrades. The room that we selected was very smoky and old asked to be changed new room was given two bedroom queen that was very cleanly and clean and renovated. Do not pick the king rooms with the suite because they are very old smelling.

Went for a girl's weekend to enjoy the pool and it was broken with no notice on the website 😞 had 4 separate rooms and all of them had atleast one little thing dirty. I still would stay again because the price but expect what you pay for.

Everything was great. The hotel was doing some renos but still clean. Only downside was felt a bit cold in the hallways rooms had adjustable heat tho so that was good. There were a few minor danages in the room like the hot tub buttons. Looked to be scratched off and the armoire had a broken drawer but these were minor. All in all hotel was good and clean and comfy

We planned a girls trip based on the fact that this hotel has a lounge and pool. Upon arrival we were notified that the pool is not working and has not been for a long time. Nowhere is the stated on Expedia or the hotels actual website. We decided to move forward from this and bring our stuff up to the room and on the way back down the elevator got stuck on the main floor. We had to take the elevator back up to a higher floor in order for the doors to open. When we told staff about our experience, they responded with a oh OK and that’s it. The baseboards throughout the building were missing and the lights were missing Light covers. The breakfast was good. The the cleaners did a decent job. Overall clean space, however I found a long hair in my shower on the first day, my friend found a cheerio on her hotel room floor and another friend found a hamburger dog toy in the room in her floor. On the last day when we checked out, my friend cut her finger as we were heading out the door and I asked the front staff for a Band-Aid. They said that they did not have one so I asked if we could have a tissue or a napkin or something. She said they are out of those as well. I ended up going into the restaurant and we were able to get her a napkin for her finger. The hotel itself was OK but overall, quite a few negative experiences over the less than 48 hours we were there.

Hotel was under renovations so pool was closed and hallway was dusty from Renoes. Bedding and towels were very nice. The breakfast was terrible. Was a unique experience when a server came to your table and you could order your own choice from a minimal menu, now hotel is like all other hotel breakfast, but worse. Disappointing. That personal touch was unique and enjoyable
