"Vast majority of staff were extremely friendly, efficient and courteous. Rooms were clean and well maintained, serviced promptly and cleaning staff were also pleasant and helpful. Check-in and out were seamless. Bar staff were first class. The one big negative was Saturday morning breakfast. We came down with an hour remaining. So many food items, crockery and cutlery items were missing and the team were making no effort to top up crucial missing items which included bowls, spoons, bread, milk...
