We have a family of 6 - we rented 2 family suites. They were roomy enough, clean with nice bathroom situations. The balcony was huge and really nice with a dining area and a lounging area. Everything was clean. Lights were on until around 11:30 at night (not in our control) and our rooms were right above the Circus Room, where a party goes on until midnight at least on the weekend nights that we stayed there. That kept the sensitive sleepers up until after midnight.
It was nice to have a coffee / drinks maker in the room and 2 cans of water in the refrigerator. It would have been nice to get replenishments during our 3-night stay.
The pool was clean and not overly chlorinated (I tend to be sensitive). I never got to use the infinity pool.
In general, a solid 4-star hotel in accommodation and cleanliness, but I found the vibe not so warm and hospitable. We did receive courteous and adequate service.
