Firstly, the hotel had a Good location, friendly staff and good food. Disappointing that the snack bar was closed during our stay and all inclusive drinks was limited and only until 10:30, hot drinks were also limited to morning times. Entertainment was lacklustre and mainly for an older audience. The hotel rooms were basic but were cleaned daily. Overall an ok stay, but you could get better for the price.

There is nothing to like because the hotel is in poor condition. Lifts don't work properly, loose tiles everywhere, horrible mattresses and beds, air conditioner is bad shape, mold in all bathroom, the stairs are not safe and Impossible that hotel holds 4 stars, that's false information.

Dining room, gave us all anxiety it was like trying to get fed in a refuge camp, too many people and limited choice, getting some chips was like a lottery with your odds being low at best, breakfast was terrible standard and for love of god who on this planet thinks it’s acceptable to have an English Breakfast without beans, come on Don Juan get some Beans……. Over all ok for the price

Teniamos la reserva a través de Expedia y habíamos pagado una parte y el resto lo teniamos que pagar en el hotel. Cuándo llegamos nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar 100€ más por una noche porque el niño que iba con nosotros tenía 13 años y el máximo para ellos eran 12. En Expedia se considera hasta los 17. De todas formas en nuestra cuenta ya había un suplemento por el niño Luego nos dijeron que no, que estaba bien. Luego nos dicen que tenemos que pagar lo que ya habíamos pagado porque no les constaba recibido. Les mostramos el comprobante de pagado y al final después de casi una hora de discusión dicen que ok. Pagamos todo lo que había pendiente de pagar y nos dan la factura. La habitación no nos la dan, nos dicen que volvamos a las 15, y así lo hacemos. Cuándo volvemos a las 15 horas nos dicen que no nos dan la llave si no pagamos lo que ya habíamos pagado por adelantado. DECEPCIONANTES 4 ESTRELLAS???

La verdad, absolutamente decepcionante. Una habitación, fea y vieja, sucia. La baranda del balcón, estaba cubierta de una capa de grasa que al apoyarte te enganchabas, el suelo lo mismo. La fregona no pasó por alli, desde hacia mucho. El colchon y la almohada, de lo peor que he probado. Todo viejo y descuidado. No se como les pasan los controles de inspeccion y mucho menos como lo tienen como un 4 estrellas. No llega ni a 2. Quizá la parte nueva sea acorde con esa categoría, pero la zona nuestra, realmente un desastre para no volver nunca mas. Vergonzoso y lamentable. Como nota última, el check out es a las 11 y a las 9.45 abrieron la puerta sin ni siquiera llamar antes. En fin, no me verán mas por allí nunca.

Pas pour les familles en mois de juillet

Décevant Pour cette fois-ci j’ai déjà séjourné dans cette hôtel que je trouvais très bien Mais pas pour le mois de juillet énormément de jeunes En voyant qu’on est venu en famille avec bébé On nous donne une chambre à un étage où il y avait que des fetar faisant le bordels toute la nuit ainsi que le matin impossible de dormir mettre la tv a fond pour moin les entendre chanter et hurler… propreté j en parle pas ménage à la vite fait… repas très bon et personnel à l écoute…
