Appartement bien mais manque un balcon

Vacances en couple. Appartement avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Ménage pas fait à fond à l’arrivée (sols). Pas de balcon. Situation calme. Proche de la plage. Entrée sécurisée par badge.

Nice Studio apartment

Apartment was a lot smaller than we expected. You have to pay an €100 deposit uppon arrival which was unexpected. No bed sheets, towels, toilet roll etc. were provided. The bunk beds were comfy but they were actually 2 single beds nailed on top of each other so didnt seem safe. The toilet had a horrible smell of urine the whole time but was not leaking. But the shower/bath facilties were decent. The sofa pillows and throw were dirty, smelled of urine and had stains on it so we did not use any of these. The apartment doesnt have a cooker or washing machine. The air con machine is dated but is ok. I would prefer a more modern automatic aircon system like some of the other apartments had (as we we had friends in another apartment here, which was much better than ours!) Allow it says no smoking room, you can smoke on the balcony/terrace. Although i must add it is extremely small! And can only just fit your feet on it. Other than these issues and the fact the apartment was smaller than shown in the pictures, it is a decent place to stay temporarily or for a quick trip. The apartment is within short walking distance to the beach and resturants. Also is only a 10min walk to the nightclub strip.

Des appartements anciens et mal entretenus

D'entrée ça commençait mal car le gestionnaire de l'accueil a essayé de nous refiler un vieux studio cabine tout pourri en plein soleil avec vue sur la rue et surtout un couchage sofa + lit superposés très sales et tout ça dans la même pièce pour une famille de 4 personnes !... On a à peine râlé et il a rectifié le tir en nous attribuant un petit appartement bcp plus sympa avec la "chambre parentale" séparée (2 lits 1 personne) et le salon sofa donnant sur un balcon plus calme avec vue sur la piscine. Propreté et qualité de l'ensemble très insuffisante pour le prix. On a le soleil et la mer mais faut pas charrier. Gros point noir : pas de parking. La recherche d'une place est sport local. Quand on l'a trouvée on la garde tout le séjour !

it is not a hotel ,but a very small apartments , the furniture are old . most of the time the office is closed and the staff is not available.
