"Great location as right in the city centre, professional staff, room and all premises in great clean condition"

"We have stayed at the this hotel a number of times and enjoyed our stay and the food room quality. However, this time was disappointing. On entering the room we were immediately hit with a smell of sewage, the bathroom door was closed which is odd as hotels leave them open. On opening the door the smell of sewage was shocking. There was a portable oil heater in the room which we found out later that night was because the room was ice cold at night. The curtains were hanging off the runner and didn’t close properly. The toilet didn’t flush and this probably was the reason for the stench of human poo In the room. Very disappointed with the standard and quality of the room. We love the hotel but for. £100 a night we won’t be looking to go there again "

"The hotel is on a motorway service station, and although the windows were closed you could hear the refrigerator trucks all night long. The room had no heating that worked so was freezing all night."

"Reception and restaurant staff were amazing, very friendly and welcoming and they were very helpful. Only issue was that there was meant to be an ice dispenser in the laundry room but doesn’t look like there was one. Everything else was perfect"
