"D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility...

"The chalet was clean and comfortable and in a lovely peaceful and picturesque location. However we did have a problem with the bathroom door as lock was lose and on occasions we couldn't get out of the bathroom or in if the door was properly closed. "Stayed at The Feathers for four nights. It's history is very interesting. The room was clean with tea, coffee etc. The bed so comfortable I could have stayed in it all day. Housekeeping excellent. The staff friendly, helpful and work very hard. Cannot fault them. Food superb, fresh, locally sourced and plenty of it. Breakfast included and free parking. Great location to wander the short walk to the middle of town and the harbour or just sit outside. As an elderly lady on her own I was very well looked after."
