"Caril the host was really nice friendly and helpful and cooked a fabulous breakfast. The property was stunning way more than an average BnB It is a little out of town so need transport as it's too far too walk even to the local pub but wasn't a problem for us."

"As a single traveller it's lovely to have a true single room that doesn't feel as if it's been squashed into the last piece of space available. Everything you might need has been thought of. "Our room was very characterful with lovely old floorboards and nice padded chairs. Super king sized bed (very comfortable). Nice selection of drinks with specialised fruit teas and hot chocolate provided in the room. Overall the accommodation is very spacious and full of period charm. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The Hotel is well placed for days out to Powis Castle, lake Vyrnwy, Barmouth and many local RSPB reserves. I recommend the vegan curry."
