"D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility...

"Location excellent. Grounds and gardens beautiful with plenty of wildlife. Cottage quaint but in need of modernisation. Kitchen basic but needs new drawers as couldn't open many. Not much surface space to prepare food on. No where to keep supplies purchased other than work surfaces and fridge. Shower was not great, needs to be attached to the wall. Could do with a proper electric one to be honest. Bathroom bin not emptied from previous occupier. No wifi and phone signal not great. Not always a...

"We as a family of 5 + a 3 yr old spent a delightful week at Penuwch Fach in July/August 2024. We were attending an interment and celebration of life nearby so the location was perfect. We were met by the owner and there was a welcome wine/biscuits plus tea and coffee. There is a Nespresso Gusto machine too plus a few pods :). "This Hotel was a great find!! Check in was simple and everything explained well,hotel itself was very clean with lovely decor.Our room 22 was on the front overlooking the sea very spacious very clean and loved the table and chairs in the bay window to relax and look out!!.We ate at the hotel in the evening and again it turned out to be another excellent experience lovely food lovely staff! Had breakfast in the morning and again an excellent breakfast would highly recommend the Glengower you won’t be disappointed.A quick mention about parking there is free parking out front and back on the roads if you can find a space out the back there is no time limit but on the front it’s free for 4 hours if I remember correctly and that’s up until 6pm!! So if you catch it right you can park at 2 pm and your fine right through until the morning "

"Lovely welcome on arrival. Arrived at 3pm and got one of the last 3 parking spaces bethel. Later discovered a bigger car park linked to hotel across the road. Hotel was clean and well kept for an older building. My room was spacious but the other 2 rooms booked for family were a little tight. Breakfast was top notch"
