"The chalet was clean and comfortable and in a lovely peaceful and picturesque location. However we did have a problem with the bathroom door as lock was lose and on occasions we couldn't get out of the bathroom or in if the door was properly closed. On stripping of the beds as requested by the cleaning company notes left in the chalet, my daughter was quite upset to discover a dodgy looking yellow stain on the mattress protector under the bottom sheet and also on the pillows. "Difficult to assess as visited in early March, so very much out of season. No hot food on premises. Swimming pool cool (heating issues) on the two occasions we tried, Steam room and jacuzzi were OK, Sauna was out of action. Pool Showers out of action on first visit. Enjoyed the 9 hole pitch and putt. Staff were friendly and helpful. Stayed in the Manor House (a one bedroom apartment), rooms were spacious but real mix of quality of furnishings. Plenty of hot water and ample heating. Outside areas looking in need of work (uneven paving slabs etc)."

"The room was spotless,spacious and the bathroom was beautiful. It had a very large shower and bath. Shampoo was provided along with body wash and bath salts. The towels were spotless.The room had everything that you needed such as tea and coffee, buscuits and a hair dryer. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was amazing. Would definately ho back and recommrnd to others."
