The fridge was freezing the food The second we couldn’t close the freezer The are giving only one roll of toilette paper for a family of 4 The main door of the building is not locked so every one can get inside check out time is 1100 so why the cleaning man arrives at 1030 The location is great "

"Property itself was nice, clean and great facilities. Would have loved my uni galls to be as nice as they were. We were in the ground floor and there was a noticeable smell of drains when we arrived. Area the property is in is very dirty. Litter everywhere! And just seemed grotty."

"I booked this place knowing little other than it was close enough to Cardiff for us to stay after the Bruce Springsteen concert. "We stayed because we were going to the stadium, which was literally over the road, so perfect. So clean and lovely, even little bottles of prosecco on arrival, lovely touch. My only moan is i contacted them to ask if there would be a hairdryer, was told there would be but there wasn't, annoying as i didn't take my own for that reason. "
