"The hotel has been refurbished since the last time I stayed. The rooms are clean, tidy and well equipped. The staff are very helpful and friendly, particularly the young man who checked us in.
The only downside for me was paying for parking. As a resident I think parking should have been free. That said I had an excellent stay and would not hesitate to stay again nor recommend to friends."

"Reception staff were lovely and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was gorgeous.
However the spa area was dreadful, gym was small changing rooms were awful, run down and grubby. No private changing facilities. Tiles were mouldy the toilets smelt very bad. In the pool area the whole area was grubby bits of tiles missing and covered with masking tape. The tiles around the hot tub were mouldy, window sills were rotting and flaking away. Not what I expected from a luxury chain...

"My wife and I stayed at the Copthorne, it is situated within a retail park easy to get to from the M4. Stayed two nights, the room was basic reminding me of the 90's, it was clean, there was tea/coffee facilities, ironing board, TV that was temperamental, fridge and a comfortable bed.
