"I had an amazing stay at the Isabella Rooms in Ljubljana. I was here for two nights. I spent a week in Slovenia so I was trying to be pretty budget conscious. This place was more affordable than regular hotels because of the shared bathrooms, but there was nothing budget about it. The rooms are brand new and clean, as well as the bathrooms. "Property is tucked away in the country side. Very peaceful area. It’s an old property but very clean. I much enjoyed my experience. It almost felt like staying in my grandmother’s house, very quaint. The gentleman at the reception was very professional, spoke perfect English. I arrived late at night and he recommended the restaurant across the street which is owned by Bosnian siblings. The food was delicious. Check in and out process was very easy. Parking was great. "30 minutes to find this place after arriving via bus. There is no sign at the street and bushes obscure the front of the apartment. But once we located it, everything else was super. The place was clean and quiet. I will stay here again. I just think it would help if in addition to the wonderfully detailed instructions on how to use the door and about the house rules, it would be great to have a map included in the instructions because even Google Maps was totally confused."

"I felt like this experience gave a glimpse into maybe how locals live. It was a very good size place to stay. The breakfast was my favorite one after being in Europe almost 3 weeks. Crepes- yum! "Really nice Room in Majas house. Maja is a nice and courteous host. Parking possibility direkt in front of the house. You can reach Ljubljana center by walk in about 25 minutes, Maja tells you the best route. The bathroom and Toilette are shared. We enjoyed our stay, thank you."

"We found this apartment well worth staying. It is located in a quiet residential area a short bus ride away from central. It was very comfortable, and clean with large spacious rooms. A welcomed change from hotels and hostels. We were all happy with our choice to stay here."

"Awesome place a block from historic Ljubljana. Comfortable mini apartments with a gated parking lot. We had the basement apartment 3 - maybe the smallest and we thought great place. Can only imagine the other ones. No on-site staff, but don’t let that stop you. Super responsive with messaging. And everything set up with coded key pads. And sent us list of recommended restaurants. Don’t miss the bars and restaurants near John the Baptist church close to Vila Emona."
