"We stayed in the original cabins which are close to Putney beach. They are basic but clean and fresh and were ideal for a beach getaway with young children. We ate at the restaurant each night and thought the food was good value. Meals were well priced and offered good variety. Our party of 11 all loved our stay and plan on going back. We were disappointed that whoever is responsible for track maintenance still has not cleared the walking tracks. Access to the other beautiful beaches is an obvious activity for visitors yet the tracks are difficult to negotiate. It’s a beautiful place and it’s pleasing to see the old resort being cleared. "Well located not far from main beach. Helpful staff. Unfortunately I was required to to provide personal details and a credit card imprint on arrival despite all that information being in the booking details and the room already paid for. Room was pretty small but clean and tidy with all the amenities and a decent size screen TV. Microwave didn’t work unfortunately."

"We arrived late but we had messaged ahead and reception was still open. Check-in was swift together with a recommendation for dinner. The room was a good size, modern decor with a good shower & bed. Our only regret is not staying longer than overnight. We had arrived in the dark but in the daylight, wow. Just across the road were the dunes and beach - and what a beach. So do yourselve a favour, stay longer than one night."
