We enjoyed our stay at Tasha Lodge because the facilities were exactly as described, the staff werr friendly and helpful, little niggles were dealt with quickly and the cost was reasonable! The only small disappointment was the intermittent wifi signal.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Clara went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible though nothing else was pleasant about the place. There's no microwave not only in the room but the whole lodge didn't even have 1 single microwave, not even in their kitchen. We asked the owner if he could organize a microwave for us, he said he'd look into it but never did.The toaster was broken, we literally had to stand next to it and hold the button down while toasting the bread meanwhile you'd be looking at exposed electric wires.Our bathroom had quite a strong stench and the windows didn't close. The linen has seen better days, it looked old and stained.And the greatest shock of all was that they wash all linen by hand which probably explained the stains. The housekeeping ladies literally spent the better part of the day by the side of our room washing linen in dishes. I felt sorry for them. On days that it rained the linen would then have to stay on the washing line until the sun eventually came back. The sitting room in the chalets only has space enough to sit 2 people even though it sleeps 4.It was the worst place we've ever booked in. Reception ladies told us that they don't refund under any circumstances. We had booked 4 nights so we stuck it out for the whole 4 days. It was terrible. They do have a nice pool though, so at least our kids enjoyed that.
