First of all the Comfort Inn & Suites is NO longer. The name of the moter is the "Yellowstone Park Inn & Suites" so it took us a while to figure out why we couldn't locate

Elevator was broken and we were given a room on the third floor. Hotel under renovation - Arrived at 8pm and workers were still painting the hallways on our floor.

The hotel still has the Yellowstone Inn sign instead of the Comfort Inn and Suites, so that was confusing. They are renovating. Our room was clean but the AC unit was set on 60 degrees and it never got cold, it ran all night and didn't cool the room. Their was a light on the AC unit that said dirty filter. There were no bath towels in the bathroom, only two hand towels, a washcloth and a floor mat for the shower. They did have shampoo, lotion, makeup remover, etc. Their continental breakfast was as to be expected. They had no orange or apple juice in the machine. The beds were super comfortable. I would stay again, but only after they are done with renovations.

1st room they gave us AC and TV did not work, 2nd Room refrigerator and phone did not work and it had a burning smell, we were told this is because we were in an adjoining room to the staff kitchen. They used a guest room on the 2nd floor as a staff kitchen. The hallways were filthy from construction dirt and dust. All trash cans throughout the motel were overflowing. DO NOT STAY HERE. We left and got a room somewhere else

Property was undergoing transition. Room was clean and big. Staff was very responsive to requests. Pool was cold could not enjoy. Advertised a game room none was there. Breakfast 1st day ok. Second day horrible just eggs no sausage or hash browns! Third day breakfast was good. Kitchen staff very attentive kept things restocked and clean.

First we payed for 2 queens they gave us 1. We payed for room with a tub. Only had a shower. Shower door wouldn’t close all the way. Need to step over toilet to use shower. Bathroom toilet seat wouldn’t stay up by its self when taking a piss (guy thing) bathroom faucet was loose. Door to the bathroom wouldn’t stay closed. Sink had a leak under it. The exterior garbages were overflowing like they hadn’t been emptied in weeks. And they had the nerve to call all this an upgrade.

Although the building was getting renovated it was poorly done. Rooms should not be rented until all work is done. Bathroom faucet wasn’t even attached to the vanity cabinet were loose and there was no sofa in the suite. We booked a king suite which was to include a sofa and were given the queen with no other options or compensation. During breakfast no one was cleaning tables or floors and the area was filthy.

The sign on the hotel was not Comfort Inn, so it was confusing. It seems as though it's going through a renovation and the bedroom was fine - recently painted etc. The bathroom was rough, tile falling off baseboards, obvious water damage, toilet was clogged when we got there. Also, there is a pool inside right outside our room and at 8am there were kids playing loudly. Wasn't an issue for us, but for others Im sure it was. Staff was friendly, hotel was not what I expected at all.

Where to start, well, we got to the hotel after 5 PM and they informed us a room wasn't ready. We booked a king with a sofa bed because we are traveling with our 9 year old granddaughter and a queen is just too small any more so they offered 2 queens or one with just 1 king or it would be a half hour wait so they could find soneone to clean a room or move a sofa into it so we waited in the lobby for about 45 minutes. The room was large and very oddly decorated. The bed base is painted chipboard and a hodgepodge of new and modern fixtures in this old rundown hotel. It seems they are in the middle of a remodel. Looking at the craftsmanship I don't think the contractor has any knowledge or understanding about construction. I kinda feel sorry for whoever is paying for the remodel. The bathroom has no ventilation or toilet paper holder or towel bars. The A/C is 3 inches off the floor and the controls are on the bottom do ypu have to get on your hands and knees to turn it on only to find out it sounds like a 747 getting ready to take off so your choices are, sleep with ear plugs or sweat all night. The pool was nice, a bit cold but really clean. The front desk lady always seemed to be on her phone but hey, I'm not paying her. The breakfast was pretty standard. Not great not terrible. The hotel seemed to be mostly occupied by people on government subsidies but I guess I could be wrong but that's the vibe I got. I'd avoid this one if I were to travel thru there again.

I booked this place under its old name and was surprised that a few days later the place didn't exist. Comfort Suites bought it out and I received no notice. Had to call the hotel to find out what was going on. I am a Choice rewards member, and despite staying in this "new" Choice hotel, I received no points. Good parking and easy checkin. The room was large with hardwood floor; the bathroom small and just OK. Average wifi speed. Reasonably comfy bed; good lighting. AC worked poorly; didn't cool off until middle of night. Breakfast was barely worth mentioning; over salted and lousy scrambled eggs; no cereal to speak of. OK coffee. Price was good, so you get what you pay for.

I felt safe in this hotel. Property is in a constant state of remodel, with rooms that are half finished being rented. We had very loud and disruptive people on both sides of us and we had to ask for another room. The desk staff tried to give us another room, but upon inspection of the room, there was no HVAC (an actual hole in the wall), the rooms was less complete than the one we were staying in, and it was obvious that the construction staff were using the room to take breaks in (pillows were propped up on the beds and you could easily see the outline that someone had been laying on top). I told this to the desk person but she didn't seem to care about the condition of the room--or she didn't believe me. She also said there were no other rooms. We were stuck with r my at room. Luckily, the HVAC was loud enough to mostly drown out the neighbors. Tub was gross and didn't drain. Breakfast was typical with the powdered eggs, hash browns, and thin bacon, all of which were cold. Location was good especially with proximity to the Park.

Did like anything about it. I had to have my room 2x. First one the bedding was not changed. Looked like aome pee on the bedding. 2nd room was not even cleaned. The 3rd room the sheets where dirty n one of the beds. Toilet was not clean. There was pee all over. They said i could check out n leave n get my money back. But that was not a choice i could do

I know they say they were fixing the property but it is old and shows it. I could over look that if the rooms were clean. Mirror in the bathroom had water on it from the guest before toilet not clean. Bed seemed clean. Price was cheaper than most in the area, so I don’t expect much just need to be at least clean.
