"メトロのクローズネスト駅前でシティやセントラル駅へもアクセス抜群でした。 フロントがないので、不測の事態が起こった時は、メールや電話で英語でのやり取りをすることになります。 私の場合、チェックイン前の連絡を当日まですっかり忘れていて、早朝、電話し事情を話すと、すぐにチェックイン手続フォームが送られてきました。 そこにパスポート情報などを入力し送信。その後、昼過ぎに施設から建物に入るコードと、部屋の鍵の取り出し方などの情報が送られてきて無事に部屋に入ることができました。 部屋はスタジオタイプで、景色のいいバルコニー付きでとても綺麗でした。写真と同じ感じでした。 洗濯洗剤も滞在数分ほど用意されていたり、掃除道具も全てあり、快適な滞在となりました。 フロントがないので、チェックイン前後の荷物の預かりがないのが残念ですが、シドニーは色々な場所で荷物預けのサービスがあるので、そちらを利用しました。"

"Too expensive to put up with over 2 hour wait to check (where we were expected to walk to local cafe with 5 pieces of luggage) and was told the readon for the delay was that they needed to clean the apartment properly. Turned up again at 5pm to get in and apartment was still not ready. When we finally did get in there were pubic hairs in the upstairs shower and 4 dead flies on the floor on upstairs bedroom."

"The only problem is the Fire Department which is attached to the building. He could hear all their calls, alarms and their sirens. That department is the busiest department I’ve ever seen. They were going 24-7. We could also hear everything on the street. The windows were not sound proof. Everything else was great. "
