"Very nice staff, perfect location if you’re visiting someone at UC Health Hospital with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Room was comfortable and nice layout with privacy curtain if the sofa bed is being used. Nicely equipped kitchenette, but some of the glasses and dish wear weren’t clean. I did not use the pool or exercise facilities. "

"The room was clean, the room seems more like a collage dorm. However, for the price it’s not bad. The beds aren’t the best, they only provide a sheet and no comforter. The bathroom is great and the water pressure and hot water were great. The view is great if you’re on the front of the building. "

"Wallpaper pealing from the walls, carpet torn, paint coming off doors-everything is very dated. We were in a room facing the interstate and the traffic noise was incredible. You could hear the doors opening and closing plus loud foot traffic in the rooms above and next to us. Extremely difficult to get any sleep."

"Checked in early -- and was charged twice for an early fee. Brought this to attention of front desk girl. She was no help in getting extra charge removed. Room next to mine had a handful of children screaming, yelling, jumping off beds and running around like elephants -- waking me up at 10:45 p.m. Guy at front desk was reluctant to intervene -- but eventually called the room -- and the noise ceased."

"We will never choose your facility or recommend it ever again. In the first room we could hear all the highway and outside noise as if there was no glass in the window at all, the toilet was so low it made it awkward to use and everything was old and smelled musty,the shower curtain was torn which allowed water to pool on the floor we had to make daily request for towels by 8am or do without , at night it seemed to turn into a homeless shelter with many strange looking people hanging in the lobby with the night attendant, they smelled of alcohol and drugs and made racist comments which where offensive and made my husband and I very uncomfortable and we felt unsafe .The breakfast was limited phones in room didn’t work and the thermostat was not working properly the tv was small which made it difficult to watch in the bed the elevator at times was dirty with trash and smelled of marijiana nothing appeared like the website portrayed we were unable to enjoy the amenities for one reason or another and had to replace our room key several times this wasn’t the worse experience but diffidently far from the best I guess you get what you pay for. "
