"The price for the room was really good! The room was slightly smaller than we’re used to and the large bathroom door opened up to the microwave and refrigerator which left the layout of that area of the room a bit challenging. The workmanship of the hotel shower could have been nicer, but overall, everything worked out well—especially for the price! The breakfast offerings were also above average. It all made for a nice stay!"

"Breakfast good. Staff very nice. Room size good. I like fresh air so opened window, all screens were torn up. Everything was just fine. One dirty towel left in a closet. "

"Pool was closed, never was made aware at check in, another guest told us we could walk across the street to the neighboring hotel and use theirs. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. I found several hairs in the tub. The tub, shower walls and caulking were gross. Fingerprints were visible on stainless surfaces and that’s just a major sign surfaces are not wiped clean. The TV channels were basic, at least Netflix is available if you have an account. Hotels really need to step up their game, with so many options now, unsatisfactory cleanliness and basic amenities need to be in working order. No where on the website was there any notification about the pool being closed. If I knew this, I would have booked elsewhere. When we checked in, the employee took a phone call the entire time and ignored me completely besides asking me my last name. I definitely would not stay here again. The location was fine, Starbucks, Target and restaurants nearby. I did appreciate the noon check out time though."

"My first room the pull out bed was dirty let front desk know and Christian quickly changed us to a different room. Christian and Lilly were so nice and helpful they have amazing Customer service!"
