"Clean rooms, Foods are very expensive breakfast $24 and $13 for kids. $20 for parking/night. Also, My family felt the water park areas were too cold. However, we loved the activities for kids like meet the wolf, dance party and story time."

"Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had — avoid at all costs This is, without exaggeration, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I didn’t just check out — I ran away the next morning. Where do I even begin? • Room condition: Absolutely unacceptable. The room smelled strongly of cannabis and stale smoke. The carpet had that heavy, old, unwashed odor. The bed was uncomfortable and even made me itch — not something you ever want to experience in a hotel. • Reception: Cold, unfriendly, and unhelpful from the moment we arrived. • Parking: The gates were broken, and we were stuck waiting for a technician just to get in. But the worst part by far: The heating/cooling system sounds like you’re sleeping next to a subway line. It is unbelievably loud — and to make matters worse, it cannot be turned off. Getting any sleep is simply impossible. oh, breakfast is a joke; plastic cups and forks...horrible, nonsense. And to top it all off, the management was just as disappointing as the hotel itself. When I checked out early, the manager agreed to waive the cancellation fee. However, when Expedia followed up, they completely backtracked and refused. Unprofessional, dishonest, and completely unacceptable. The entire property is neglected, as feels it’s waiting to be torn down. Do yourself a favor: stay anywhere else."

"The hotel is undergoing renovations, but it isn’t inconvenient. The rooms are showing their age with loose tiles in the bathroom and the faucet proximity to the sink was a poor design by someone who never tested the facilities to prove design"

"Great room, clean and comfortable, great breakfast option. About 10-15min drive from Boston depending on traffic. Nice size pool ( 6 people were swimming comfortably).Breakfast option was good. Definitely would recommend "

"My only negative for this property is that the room I was in had very thin walls and I could hear the neighboring room very well. Besides that it was excellent."
