"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "The first room was like a furnace, as light was beaming in and no air con. We asked to change and to their credit they found us a better room however it was still hot. The hotel chain needs to update to air con in all their places. It’s a must nowadays , we cldnt sleep. The De vere group prides itself on quality and beauty but its letting itself down by not keeping up to date with clients needs to actually sleep in a comfortable sleeping environment"
