"I'm sure this is probably one of the best hotels around the airport, but my experience wasn't that great. I called and was told check in was 3:00. I got there at 3:10 and was told my room wasn't ready. I had to wait until 4:00. At 11:00 pm. The power went out and they don't have any back up power. There was no communication about what was going on. And there was nobody at the front desk during the power outage. Also, there were no emergency lights in the stair well. "The hotel is currently under renovation which we were unaware of when booking. The whole first floor is under construction and empty. The rooms were good. Breakfast was only continental and was only a very small table right outside the elevators which made for a tight space if more than 2 people were there to get food."

"What a special place! If you are into unique, historical and elegant, this is your place. The bed was comfortable and shower nice and hot. The gardens were beautiful. The only let down was we thought there would be a made-to-order breakfast but the cereal, muffins, coffee and juice were fine. There was only one other couple staying so it was quiet and peaceful."

"The staff were very helpful and informative. Room was quiet and clean. Parking you can use the Valet or street parking. I opt For street parking as I was only here for one night.
