"The breakfast menu was exactly the same five days in a row. Some variety should be served. Scrambled eggs and sausage were the warmed foods everyday. Only one type of muffin was available each day. One day was chocolate chocolate chip and the other 4 days was just banana nut. The pancake machine was nice. Have not seen that before. "

"It is false advertisement when you say Partial Ocean View and the only thing you can see is AC units on the rooftop of the building. Although this is listed as an Expedia VIP hotel, there were zero perks or acknowledgment even though it was noted that this was rented for an anniversary celebration. The Location is good, it is a 20 min walk to Lauderdale by the Sea Bars and restaurants. It is a favorite area of ours"

"Very spacious suite. High ceilings. AC worked great! Windy days on the balcony, but nice views. Kitchen has paper towels, dish soap, sponge, plates, bowls, coffee mugs, 2 paper cups for drinks, ice bucket. There’s also an electric portable stove with 2 burners, along with pots and pans for cooking. Well stocked kitchen. Just a few issues: 1. There was a lot of long black hair in the living room. Probably from the previous guest. Would be nice if a broom was provided. 2. The bed could use some vacuuming around the edges of the bed frame where the mattress sits. 3. The downstairs restaurant, Olivia, is no longer open, along with the rooftop bar. Pool was open. I was mostly, pleased, with the spaciousness and the amenities in the suite. There’s a nice coffee shop downstairs and plenty of restaurants in walking distance."

"Rooms were disgusting, left our feet black. Towels and comforter were dirty with stains and hair."

"We presented our Expedia recipe document prior payment of 80% of the charge for the week. The hotel staff stated the payment was not made. We left and booked another hotel at Midnight. Later American Express did not find the payment. Some type of problem with Expedia. "
