"What a wonderful place and staff! I felt so welcome ! Was the perfect area , close enough , but not too close to the main road . One thing I would have have put on my wish list Would have been a coffee machine in my room or access to coffee earlier than 7:30 , and a better fridge . Yes the rooms are a bit dated , but the atmosphere , view and staff made up for it !!"

"This condo feels like home. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen has the necessities. The condo is gated in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is gorgeous and perfectly maintained. The outdoor deck is set up for dining and sunning with table, bar, and lounge chairs. The mango tree adjacent to the deck area is heavy with fruit, but it is still to early to enjoy. The condo’s host is responsive and helpful. I couldn’t ask for a better home away from home!"

"Every review is pretty spot on. I was first greeted by the amazing Andean and her friendly staff. Free parking and secured. Huge clean room with balcony facing the ocean. AC was working. I ate twice at Midtown (the stew chicken is so yummy!) and had a breakfast at Ochuna downstairs. Both very good. I walked the first night to the museum and I felt safe. "Our room overlooked the ocean, the room was clean and spacious, and it had a fridge, some plates, and flatware and all the towels you needed. Also the safe came in handy to stash things we didn't want to carry around, although the Island is super safe. Staff was amazing and we had overall the best time. If I have to say one thing, the fridge was on the older side and was making a lot of noise...Perhaps it is time to upgrade.... Overall Island Magic Beach Resort was an amazing place to stay! "

"Unfriendly staff, room charges not permitted for restaurants or lobby purchases. Arrived at 3pm for check in, did not have a room till 5:30pm. Had lunch and dinner at the restaurant, and breakfast next morning at the café: waited more than an hour and a half for food on all three occasions. For dinner: ordered one cheese pizza, took almost 2 hours and showed up raw in the middle. They brought it back 40min later, still raw in the middle having just been broiled on top.
