"Some of the staff were not as accommodating as I expected. I requested a late checkout and was told no, but later met another guest at the pool who had been granted one because she was a Marriott Rewards member. The issue is that I am also a Platinum Elite member. Since I booked through a third party while rushing to plan this trip, my rewards information wasn’t attached to the reservation. Regardless, I feel I should have been treated with the same level of consideration."

"My go to hotel. The exact definition of “not a hair out of place.” Staff is A1, prices are A1, the bar is so convenient, the breakfast is great. Rooms are clean. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Centrally located and quiet as well."

"My wife and I spent two nights at the Omni Las Colinas while attending a concert over the weekend. The hotel’s location, staff, and amenities were great overall. The check-in experience was somewhat disappointing, as the front desk staff paid little attention to us and seemed to rush through the process. It wasn’t a major issue, but I felt it was worth mentioning. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable. Our only real complaint was the breakfast experience. After being seated by the hostess, we waited quite a while before anyone came to take our drink order, even though the tables around us were being served promptly. In addition, the buffet selection and food quality were underwhelming. I would recommend having breakfast outside the hotel instead. Other than that, everything else about our stay was excellent."
