"The staff and maintenance workers were very nice and polite and easy to talk to. Breakfast was great. The 2 things that I didn’t like was. The beds were hard to sleep on. The other I noticed was the door to my room. When I would go to leave the room I would make sure to not let the door slam. When I did this I noticed the door wouldn’t secure and the door could easily be pushed opened. I would have to push on the door and pull the door shut to make sure the door would be secured before leaving....

"Dirty walls, lousy patch and paint jobs all over the walls. Holes where light fixtures once were. Cockroaches spotted in the room and worst one was finding a dead in in the microwave. No shower liner that stops the water from coming out of the tub. Broken locks on window. Breakfast was a joke, only bagels, white bread, and muffins, 3 options of cereal that prob have roaches since they are not individual serving boxes, no waffles, no eggs or protein of any kind only jams and cream cheese. "A new building designed in the style of colonial era homes. Larry and Patricia were terrific hosts. Breakfast was made to order and amazing, including biscuits made according to Larry’s grandmother’s recipe. Comfy bed, plush towels. The dimmer switches for the lights are a great touch. Plenty of parking, nice large backyard with tons of birds. Remote location so it’s nice and quiet. Absolutely would stay here again! "

"This will be our last stay at a Days Inn property. The facility is run down and poorly maintained. When closed and locked, you could see daylight around the entrance door. Immediately after check-in, we had to go back to the office because the lock on the door was apparently stuck and wouldn't lock when we tried to go to dinner. We had our granddaughter with us and when we unfolded the sofa sleeper for her, the mattress was so stained it was disgusting and we would not allow her to sleep on...

"The facilites are extremely outdated and you are met with a cigarette smell upon entry into the facility. I saw a live roach on the floor I was booked for. the carpet in my room was torn, the shower needed caulking and there was mold on walls. the cigarette smell permeated into my room as well. I was just generally uncomfortable for a $300 2 night stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and were the only upside to my stay."
