"We had the perfect welcome from a really helpful Receptionist who helped us when we were a bit confused by the signage in the car park. Our room was absolutely perfect for a good night's sleep before a flight. Every detail is well thought out including the cleverly designed bathroom. The shower was powerful and the water beautifully soft. Our evening meal was excellent. A small menu but something for everyone at a very reasonable price. My stir fried noodle dish was delicious and humongous so I could only eat half of it! There is an extensive choice of food available for breakfast and this was included in the cost of our room so felt like a real treat. We would definitely choose to stay here again when flying from Stansted."

"The hotel was spotless, the reception staff especially Alice (hopefully that's correct) were amazing, as were the rest of the staff we encountered. Breakfast was great and fresh and the cooked options were not greasy as we find quite often in other hotels. The room was great, quiet and clean. We would have given 5 stars but unfortunately even though everything else about this hotel was perfect, the bed and the pillows made for an uncomfortable sleep, the pillows felt like they were full of small pieces of foam and the mattress wasn't much better."
