Wonderful stay in Normandy

My wife & I spent several nights here at Le Manoir de Hérouville and we absolutely loved it! It's in a beautiful, relaxing country setting and accessible to many places throughout Normandy. The main house has a delightful breakfast room and cozy reading lounge (note: breakfast fee is not included when booking through a 3rd party site). The owners, Michael and Catherine had great recommendations for the area and are generous with their time for their guests. Many delightful surprises in & around the property. We hope to come back again in the future!

A Hidden GEM !!

We are so happy to have found this beautiful old and well kept Manoir in Normandy. Great hosts - Catherine and Michael were the best they assisted us with site seeing restaurants travel information .. The Manoir was everything we wish for and more. Looking forward to our next visit to play golf & Pickle ball with our host/ new friends. Book a stay at this Manoir make it your first choice not your second you wont regret it ..

Beautiful and peaceful Mansion close to D-Day Site

Pictures will give you just a slight idea of the ultimate beauty of this place from the open green fields to the superb condition of this Manoir. The owners of this 17th -18th century mansion will personally greet you and prepare the most delicious breakfast you have ever tried with fresh milk from their farm and freshly baked goods. The entire house is finely decorated. Catherine and Michael will make sure you have a great experience in their home. They will make restaurant reservations for you, their recommendations will not let you down. We wanted to see the D-Day sites and they recommended a well educated tour guide that took us on a day tour to all important sites. Even Michael is a tour guide himself. You will feel right at home. If you have kids it's no problem. The open fields have activities to entertain themselves with tenis, badminton and others. Or if you choose to relax in the hammock or sit down by the lake you can feel free. This little piece of heaven is yours to admire and immerse. In overall we are so happy with our stay that we will certainly come back. They have their own website for more info and better offers. I highly recommend this Mansion for people with great taste of fine accomodations, nature lovers who are seeking peace and quiet but family time and closeness with great back yard for entertainment. Our deepest appreciation to Catherine and Michael for your kindness, superb attention and for a wonderful and lovely experience! See you soon!

Beautiful hotel with the best hosts!

Came across this gem when looking for family friendly place not too far from all the Normandy sites. From the warm greeting by Catherine and Michael, to the yummy homemade breakfast, they treated us and our two young boys like family. I cannot recommend this amazing manor enough! By-far our favorite place we have stayed in our two years of traveling around Europe!
