"Staff super helpful. I just wish they provided more towels. We had to ask every night for additional towels. I have been going to France for over 20 years and this is the first time I have noticed that some hotels are starting to provide less towels. We were two in a room and there weren't sufficient towels. When we did ask, staff kindly provided more but then the next morning when cleaning staff would change them, they wouldn't replace the amount they found so we would have to ask again, etc. And when I say ask for additional towels, we just wanted separate towels for body and face. Nothing crazy. Other than that, hotel was conveniently located in front of a tram that took you straight into the heart of the city, train station and airport. Could also walk to the main center within ten minutes so very conveniently located."
