Obwohl das Hotel recht gut besucht war, war der Wellnessbereich zum Teil angenehm leer. Das Personal war stets sehr höflich und freundlich. Die Zimmer waren einwandfrei und von gutem Komfort. Das Abendbüffet war wirklich sehr gut - selbst für Vegetarier wurde toll mitgedacht. Das Frühstück war ebenso sehr zu empfehlen. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel, wir kommen gern wieder.

Ein Kurzurlaub im arosa hat immer wieder hohen Erholungswert. Das arosa liegt inmitten der Lister Dünen und verfügt über ein wunderschönes Schwimmbad. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich, die Qualität der Speisen (wir buchen hier immer Halbpension) abwechslungsreich und eine Freude. Zusätzlich erfreulich, dass Haut- und Haarpflegeprodukte von der Firma Rituals zur Verfügung stehen.

Meget venligt personale og dejlig spa

Dejligt hotel og god beliggenhed. Personalet er virkelig hjælpsomme og venlige, altid glade og opsøgende på at gøre hvad de kan for at hjælpe. Det er anden gang vi besøger stedet. Morgenmaden er virkelig god. Spaen er meget relevant og flot - helt klart værd at rejse efter. Poolen er stor og god. Både den inde og ude. Det er muligt at svømme lidt baner. Spaen er meget ren og der tilbydes 3 saunagus hver dag. Det eneste minus er, at værelserne er lidt slidte og ikke helt den standard man forventer af et 5 stjernet hotel. Rengøringen på værelset var ikke er helt i top. Rengøringen var slet ikke acceptabel ift. at det er et 5 stjernet hotel. Der var støv i hjørnerne da vi ankom og glassene/kopperne på badeværelset var ikke rene. Derudover var balkonen meget beskidt. Møblerne på balkonen var fyldt med fuglelort og der var tegn på at en tidligere gæst havde røget derude. Da vi kontaktede rengøringspersonalet ved ankomsten var de dog hurtige til at rette op på det med balkonen og fik gjort den grundigt ren. Hotellet er dejligt og personalet fantastiske, men ift andre 5 stjernet hoteller, så synes jeg prisen er for høj.

Tolle Lage - gutes Frühstücksangebot. Bemühte Mitarbeiter *innen ist positiv zu erwähnen. Nicht so gut hat mir gefallen, dass auf dem Pooldeck überall Möwen-"Shiet" lag. Ebenfalls die Liegen/Sitzbezüge waren damit übersät! Auf dem Zimmer habe ich einen Teekocher und die Möglichkeit fürs Bügeln vermisst. Dusche mit Conditioner kenne ich in dieser Sternekategorie ebenfalls als Ausstattung.

Aufenthalt Arosa - Hotel befindet sich im Umbau

Dem Hotel fehlt es etwas an Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit. Schon beim Empfang. Keiner hilft beim Gepäck . Es gibt zwar ein Begrüßungsgetränk, eine Rose. Das ist nett. Auf dem Zimmer gibt es noch nicht mal ein Wasser. Die Reinigung der Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es passt eigentlich nicht zum Arosa . Im Poolbereich gab es am Donnerstag keine Getränke . Es hat keiner irgendetwas weggeräumt, obwohl 3 Poolmänner da waren. Gläser im Saunabereich waren dreckig oder es waren keine da. Das Hotel wird gerade umgebaut. Es ist etwas lauter. Das Frühstück ist gut. Der Koch für die Eierspeisen ist genial . Das lohnt sich. Das Auschecken war wieder ohne Herzlichkeit, keine Frage wie war es , gibt es Anmerkungen .. dann gab es zwei Wasser und für zwei Personen 1 kleine Schokolade und ein Bonbon. DAX war echt ein Witz. Dann lieber gar nichts.

Viele Speisen am Büffet sind bestenfalls lauwarm, vorgewärmte Teller meistens kalt. Auch wenn man dies dem F&B Manager persönlich mitteilt, ändert sich dieser Zustand nicht. Speisen am Abendbuffet wiederholen sich im Wochenrythmus. Es existieren zwar Spender mit Desinfektionsflüssigkeit, diese werden aber seit langem nicht mehr aufgefüllt.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in Sylt im A-Rosa. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Meer in List. Zimmer: Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr gut aufgeteilt und ausgestattet. Es sind genug Steckdosen und auch Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten für Kleidung vorhanden so dass man die Koffer auch ausräumen kann. Das Bad ist recht groß mit einer großen Regendusche. Auch gibt es Sitzmöglichkeiten in denen man mal bequem einen Film am großen Flachbildschirm schauen kann. Essen: Ich empfehle die Buchung der Halbpension, da das Buffetrestaurant eine ausgezeichnete Auswahl sowie auch Qualität an Speisen hat. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet und es werden dort an LIve-Cooking Stationen die Speisen zum Teil frisch zubereitet. Spa: Das Spa ist sehr groß und gemütlich. In den diversen Saunen gibt es nachmittags tolle Aufgüsse und man kann zwischen den Dünen den großen Innen- und Außenpool nutzen. Personal: Das Personal ist sehr Aufmerksam und hilsbereit und kümmert sich zuverlässig um alle anliegen. Fazit: Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall einen Aufenthalt wert und gehört nun zu unserenLieblingshotels in Deutschland.

Disliked: Staff & service
Schrecklich unhöflicher Empfang, kein "Herzliches Willkommen", kein "Wie war Ihre Anreise" oder "Schön das Sie uns wieder besuchen" etc. Wir waren ca. eine Stunde zu früh und es wurde uns sofort mitgeteilt, bitte wieder zu gehen. Kein Angebot die Koffer abzugeben oder vielleicht an der Bar zu verweilen. Das Hotel war zum Teil eine Baustelle. Vorab keine Info dazu und beim Empfang auch nicht. Vermutlich wird die Küche erneuert, es stank durch die ganze Halle nach Bratfett bis hoch in die Flure. Einfaches Zimmer und Parkplatz für über 400,- Euro, dafür sollte man eigentlich etwas erwarten. Hier aber nicht. Bad teilweise dreckig, wenig Steckdosen oder Lademöglichkeiten. Hotel lebt vom Namen, der Lage und dem Alleinstehungsmerkmal Spa&Pool in List. Ist das viele Geld nicht wert.
