This apartment suited our needs as we had to visit the Santa Maria hospital and apartment around the corner. Well equiped apartment with comfortable beds the only gripes were we were not informed how to work the shower which had an unusual way of working and I had to call to ask. Also we did not have hot water on our second morning before we were leaving and we were told this is because this needs to be turned on from outside the front door. It would have much better if we were told these important points when we were handed the keys.

Unpleasant stay

Very unpleasant stay. The first day we didnt had hot water in the whole apartment. The A/C was not working at all and the cleanliness in the apartment was poor. Fx. the curtain in the shower had mold. Furthermore, the handles in the bathroom door was broken and couldnt properly close that door. Lastly, they didnt gave us the keys for the basement garage as they said that the last visitors didnt gave it back and they didnt had a replacement.

Lovely accommodation. Very pleasant staff

Very pleasant and accommodating staff. The only issue we had was that previous guest went off with key to garage. So had to pay for parking.

Didn’t realize that it would be like this

Intermittent hot water with no water pressure most of the time, sewer gas smell, only 1 roll of toilet paper per stay for 5 for 5 nights , no sheets/blanket for pull out, broken kettle/oven, when you call office they say they’ll fix things but doesn’t happen. Sheets/towels arrived 6 hours later than they said. Didn’t see anywhere that soap/shampoo wasn’t supplied. No mini bar like in the description. Wish I could get my money back. Big disappointment. Not to mention they don’t tell you where to deposit trash. It’s an outside door that no one would find. Thank goodness the Lisbon people that live there are helpful

Serviço péssimo

O apartamento era lindo, mas os serviços horríveis: não disponibilizaram o berço que anunciaram, a água demorava para esquentar ou não esquentava, o ar condicionado da sala não tinha controle remoto, cobraram 35 euros pela limpeza que não foi feita, o elevador tinha um código para descer até a garagem e este código não foi informado, a porta da escada para a garagem travou e tivemos que descer pelo portao da garagem, na chuva, várias vezes... Enfim, o serviço foi muito ruim.
