The location was very central. Clean and well-maintained room. Maria allowed us a very early check-in, which was extremely helpful. The only drawback was climbing 3 stories with heavy bags on our way in and out. We got a bath which was outside our room but private. The apartment is on a quiet street but in a very safe residential area. Minutes away from some of the major sites but steep climbs around as it is on a hill. On the whole a very pleasant experience.

Atendente simpático e prestativo. Quarto organizado e limpo, havia limpeza diária. Faltou somente um espelho no quarto. Cozinha completa e equipada. Banheiros compartilhados muiiiiito pequenos, por serem compartilhados, poderiam ser um pouco maior. Um ponto negativo é não ter elevador no prédio, subir e descer com malas pesadas 3 lances de escadas foi difícil. Porém, excelente custo x benefício.

Room was very small and it was not clear in the description that it was shared bathroom. The receptionist-young lad was smoking in the kitchen-not very nice. Location was okay.

Off the beaten path, check in was not 2:00, but 3:00, and a bed, shared bath, microscopic kitchen is all you get. It’s on the 3rd floor, no lift and no common area to relax. I recommend “The Lost Inn” instead.

Sehr freundliches Personal und sauber

Leider kam unser Flug zu spät und wir konnten nicht einchecken, Rezeption ist nur bis 23:00 Uhr besetzt, daher empfehle ich, vorher anzurufen, wenn man zu spät kommt. Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer waren sauber, man muss nur bis in den dritten Stock steile Treppen hoch laufen. Allem, in allem ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

I feel like you can pay maybe $20-30 cad more to be in the prime location as this is a bit far out. I'm sure there's public transport but I ubered for convenience, so the location wasn't super duper central. Zerooooo sound proofing at all. I can hear everything. I didn't have to wait for a washroom but the flush wasn't great. I also had a single room... And the single room is located right up the stairs (meaning no extra set of doors). Someone (probably just someone thinking it was their room after a late night ) kept attempting to open the door with their keys. It's not the safest when there is no reception (at night) and no dividing gate door. It's fine if youre a heavy sleeper and just using the place to sleep, but yea the sound is sooooo transparent.

Jeg vil ikke anbefale Divine House of Graça hostel. Værelset var enormt lydt, og der lå lange hår på gulvet fra en tidligere gæst, da jeg tjekkede ind (manglende rengøring). Badeværelset var meget lille, og køkkenet manglede udstyr.

I contacted them for a change and they said it was all Set. After, they completed my reservation and didn’t let Me know that they did it and now I have to fix my whole itinerary for my trip.

Wouldn’t book again

Shared bathroom!! Hotels.com didn’t show that. Also said check-in at 2pm, but it’s not until 3pm… which is very annoying when it’s up a giant hill and nothing interesting near. Super tiny room, hard to even find place for a small suitcase or even move around the bed. Tiny bathroom not in a good condition at all. Very easy to hear everything outside our room. At least bed was good, there was a ventilator, staff was friendly and cleaning was fine.

Cleaning staff was excellent and kind!! A few “beware”, I’m 5’10 and the shower was incredibly small. The doors open inward and can scrap your foot if you’re not careful. Oh and you gotta take very quick showers because you will run out of hot water… also for the cost of the room, there is a charge for bath towels even though it says it’s included in the room??? 2€ per?? upgraded to the deluxe room and was very comfortable. The mattress needs some work.. Another thing, on Expedia it says check in is 2pm, but there is no one there until 3pm. Reception is limited and not the kind but whatever. Also where I was close to was on the highest floor, no elevator, and it is located in the middle of mountains so u will be getting a calf work out. Close to many metro stations and bus stops.

Good location

The hostel was comfortable and cozy and also clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a storage furniture where you could put your body clothes. It is difficult to communicate with the guy who takes care of the hostel. Although I wrote via WhatsApp, I could only get a response after 4-5 hours. I wrote to check out on the last day, but he did not respond. I sent a message saying thank you and that I left the key on the door, but he still did not care. I do not like to see people like this.

O banheiro do chuveiro não tem luz e ainda possui uma lâmpada ligada diretamente na tomada, o que é extremamente perigoso e representa um risco evidente de acidentes elétricos dentro do banheiro. Um único vaso sanitário para mais de oito pessoas é realmente insuficiente e inaceitável. Isso torna a estadia no alojamento desconfortável e prejudica a experiência geral. Também seria recomendável trocar o pano de cozinha com mais frequência para manter melhores condições de higiene. Como sugestão, seria útil implementar algumas normas de convivência, especialmente após as 23:00, para garantir o descanso de todos os hóspedes. Seria ideal que pudessem melhorar esses aspectos sem adicionar custos extras. The shower bathroom has no light, and it also has a lamp plugged directly into the outlet, which is extremely dangerous and poses a clear risk of electrical accidents inside the bathroom. A single toilet for more than eight people is truly insufficient and unacceptable. This makes the stay at the accommodation uncomfortable and negatively affects the overall experience. It would also be advisable to replace the kitchen cloth more frequently to maintain better hygiene conditions. As a suggestion, it would be helpful to implement some house rules, especially after 11:00 p.m., to ensure all guests can rest. It would be ideal if these aspects could be improved without adding extra costs.
