"It was a dispiriting stay, I wasn’t expecting much, it was close to the airport and I had an a long journey so I was hoping it would be a convenient place to stay. Really annoyingly as I had paid in advance I was told I hadn’t. I had to stand my ground and show them my receipt from hotels.com.
