"We went to the office of the property, the person just gave a vague wave and said it was down there 300 meters. It took us almost an hour to locate the correct building. After getting up to the room, we couldn't open the window because the traffic below was too loud. So we tried to turn on the a/c but it didn't work. So it was very warm in the room and I couldn't sleep. We will never return."

"We traveled to Warsaw and had stayed at Barcelo‘s in Mexico so knowing the name I booked a room with this hotel. I was very pleased with not only the property and staff, but the area was beautiful. Our room was perfect and our view was amazing. Our room had one wall of solid windows which gave us a fantastic view of the river, but the blackout blinds made it easy to sleep. We would definitely recommend the Barcelo Warsaw to anyone traveling in the area Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to be back."
