The hotel is under renovation at the moment. There is a very good reason for that. the room was old and disappointing, the amenities were old. We ate dinner at the hotel, the restaurant was great.

The inclusion of parking and breakfast with the room rate are positives. However, the floor of the guest room was dirty, the upholstery of one of the pleather chairs in the room was flaking off, and the single elevator is very small (only accommodates two people with luggage). In addition, only one pillow per bed and one towel per person in the room. In summary, this felt like a very budget hotel; okay fo a family on a budget but not adequate for business travel.

Pretty horrific. Whole hotel is extremely OLD and needs to be torn down or renovated. Black mould in showers, smoke detectors covered in plastic, tiles and panels coming off the walls. Never seen anything like it. Only consolation is that I got refunded. Terrible hotel. Very disgusting.

Not a good hotel, online pictures don't do it justice. The rooms are dirty, the comforter in my room was stained with brown fluids. The shower was backed up, the room was poor overall.

Old, used, and too expensive for the quality offered. Feels more like a motel than a stylish hotel how they claim to be. Good if you are want to feel like living in the 80s. Could put a keetle in the room at least.

Very nice cheap hotel for just under £100 in Linz. It's a bit out of the way but there is a tram at the top of the street.

One night family stay
Not comfortable for a family even for one night. The baby crib was without a mattress. The baby slept on a hard surface. Not very clean, old and outdated room. The air conditioner didn't really work. When changing temperature there was a smell like something was burning. The breakfast was nice though, and the lady in the reception really tried to help

the receptionists didn't seem happy to see the guests come - but were just neutrally accomodating. The service in the restaurant was not very friendly.

Useful accomodation in Linz
Unfortunately my wife and I were not at the hotel long enough to fully appreciate it with a late arrival and early departure, but a warm welcome and a good breakfast buffet following a good night's sleep were what we required. We had a very long drive ahead of us so, at breakfast, made a couple of sandwiches to take in the car and received a mild but annoying reprimand from one of the waiting staff which I thought was unnecessary.

Very Comfortable Hotel
This is a great hotel and right across from WiFi, where my wife was attending a course. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly from the front desk to service in the restaurant and bar. Morning breakfast has a very nice option of choices. Hotel is located a short walk from the tram stop and this can easily connect you to the main train station or get you easily into the city centre to explore. Only negative was the room temperature seems to be a building control and the room was very, very warm. However, that was resolved by keeping the window open and we used that to moderate the temperature.

Average hotel experience
Average hotel with average service. The hotel messed up our final bill which was eventually sorted. Bath did not hold water and one of my colleges had toilet blocked which seems a normal complaint

Nice Hotel. Clean and complimentary breakfast
Clean rooms. Helpful and friendly staff that speak English if required. We regularly stop here on our way across europe. Nice inclusive buffet breakfast included. Just dont get there at 8am as this is the busiest time and you will be queueing

Good night's rest.
We loved the room. My wife's favorite flowers are lavender, so she was charmed by the lavender imagery all over the room. Checking in was a bit slow, but otherwise smooth. Free parking is nice. Breakfast was a bit lacking, not a big variety.

Good place to stay, near tram stop
We received a warm friendly welcome. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The on site restaurant provided a good selection on their menu and the breakfast was great.

Really nice hotel, clean and very tidy, staff really helpful. Only one fault rooms to hot and could not adjust temp only a little niggle but otherwise great.

An unforgettable visit to Linz, Upper Austria
Loved the venue.The trams into town and to the main railway station were absolutely fantastic. Hotel personnel were very friendly and extremely helpful.
