"The Showboat is old and smells like mildew and dog droppings. We needed multiple keys for the room but once one key was activated it automatically deactivated the other. It was advertised to have a seasonal outdoor pool. The pool clearly had be closed for years and we were forced to drive to another hotel and pay $50 just to lounge at their pool. When I complained to CozySuites about it, it was met with no radio silence. The room itself wasn’t horrible but I will never used them again."

"Great stay for reasonable price."

"There was black mold in the ac vents . Which was brought to the attention of the front deck’s attendant. Also the fire alarm went off at 5 am telling 7s to exit out at the nearest steps, elevators weren’t working We witnessed an elderly woman on the 15th floor where we were not knowing what to do, no employees around. We walked the stairs only to be told they knew nothing of what was going on. It seemed like a false alarm but there was a fire truck outside We believe so one smoked a cigarette/pot which we could smell numerous times in our stay We have nothing against either being we both smoke"

"Enormous, cavernous casino resort/facility and property located seaside on the Atlantic Ocean. While shiny, towering beacon from afar, the property has lost whatever luster that may have attended its initial aspirations. During my stay, the staff, amenities conformed to the clientele who predominated, - i.e., sadly downscale and in decay."

"It was a place to rest my head for the night. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Was it worth what I paid.... honestly, no. Definitely not a family establishment but served it's purpose for me. On the surface was cleaned but set in stains on sofa cushions (so bad i did not want to sit). Burn marks in a non smoking room which they called their "honeymoon suite" that reeked of cigarettes. No phone, no iron, no hair dryer, no coffee pot, 2 small holes in the wall and a leaking pipe under the sink."
