"The main reason I am not happy is I booked a king room at a lower price and then when I got there it was a lot more! On top of that, they had NO king rooms available overbooked! Had to get a queen and only $25.00 credit. Not happy with this! If I am gonna pay $300 a night for 1 room for 1 night it best be the best and what I had asked for!! Very disappointed!!"

"It was okay overall. Just keep in mind that if you book a suite, they don’t have one with a mountain view, although the app will give you that option. Many thanks to Shelby, who went the extra mile to show us different rooms so we could choose the best one. Also, they don’t provide or sell sewing kits. Breakfast is served by Starbucks, which is not my favorite.
However, the room itself was perfect: clean, beautiful, and equipped with everything we needed.
Enjoy your trip!"
