The room was spotless. Such a comfortable bed. The staff from the moment we booked to leaving could not of been more polite, professional and going above and beyond. We were made to feel so welcomed and nothing was too much trouble.

The receptionist on arrival and booking out was a disgrace. She should not be at customer point of contact as she represents the company very badly. She is the reason this review is not entirely 5 stars and let down her wonderful colleagues.
