"Very tight and the air conditioner/Heather didn’t works properly and was leaking inside the room. On the other room that a family member stayed there was a leak on the toilet and the air conditioner/Heather also was not working. Only one towel per guest was provided and the were old and no soft."

"Friendly staff, was able to check in without speaking Portuguese. Downtown location is nice for the bars/ restaurants. There are clubs that you can hear the bass until 4-5am when they close down on the weekends, which was the only negative and could be due to room location."

"It’s an adequate hotel, rooms are a good size, staff try’s hard to help."
