"The room and location were great. The unit was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and we had everything we needed. The only complaint we would have is the living room furniture was not at all comfortable, but we were in the room so little, it wasn't much of an issue for is."

No instructions on how to go from getting the key in a lockbox to taking the elevator crossing through the parking garage, finding the doors to the building and playing guess which direction the room is.
