We enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the park. The surrounding area was beautiful. The accommodation was spacious and well equipped, although I would have loved a hair dryer! Would definitely recommend the park.

Disappointed

The worst hotel or if I may say (resort) I have ever stayed in, a resort of this size should have at least 8am to 10pm reception if not 24/7 but the reception were only open between 10am to 4pm and they would close between 12pm to 1pm for lunch break. The place is located in the middle of no where, locals shops and stores shuts before 9 or 10pm, the hotel it self has one place to eat or drink but I don’t think we call it a restaurant or a bar. We had booked for 2 adults, 3 kids and 1 infant, 1 of the beds had no sheets or pillow, when I went to the reception to ask for a bedsheet but was told that apparently the infant bed didn’t need a bedsheet and was to pay for it if I wanted one. I needed an iron again they didn’t have one. It was 29 degrees yet the rooms had no air conditions. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone especially to family with children.

It’s a beautiful place and the cabin is also very nice and comfortable. It was roomy for the four of us. Information on hotels.com is somewhat misleading, for I was under the impression that towels were included. They are not and I am pretty overpriced for the lease. I got there a little late and we were missing one sheet sets for the bed. No one is available at night so I have to sleep on the bed directly. I am without any sheets. There are also some stains on the sofa pillows.

Temperatures in the unit were unsafely hot, the unit was filled with bugs, the outside was covered in huge spider webs, and there were no screens on the windows or doors. I tried calling the emergency line several times throughout the evening and into the night the first day we got there, as it was not possible for my 3 children, our dog and myself to sleep in that heat. After pleading with the front to please make it right I had to make the call to leave even though I did not want to drive home 7 hours after my husband’s March . I booked 3 nights to stay , slept 1 night in the car after driving all day then drove home the next day . They refused to respond to the checkout messages I sent via Expedia and the message I sent on their website along with refusing to refund me any money. I’m so disappointed with how this worked out . The whole purpose for this stay was to enjoy a nice relaxing weekend after my husband completed the Nijmegen 100mile march. I do not recommend this place at all, not even to my worse enemy .

Ruim voldoende

We hadden voor 7 man een twaalf persoonsbungalow gehuurd en dat was voldoende ruim. Met meer personen wordt het al gauw te krap, er zijn ook maar 2 toiletten wat erg weinig is. De keuken is goes uitgerust met apparatuur van een goed merk. De tv is groot (55") en draaibaar naar bank en eettafel. De ligging van de grote bungalows is mooi, je kijkt uit over het water en er is een strandje. Op het terras en beneden geen last van de snelweg, boven wel dus met raam open slapen kan alleen aan de achterkant van het huis. Op het park is verder echt praktisch niks te doen behalve een speeltuintje.

Stedet er hvad det er, men papirstynde vægge, bliktag og linolumsgulve og det kan man ligesom leve med, men den generelle service, i egenskab af en vred og meget lidt servicemindet kvinde, lader meget tilbage at ønske. Ikke et sted vil vil returnere til.

We voelden ons, vooral door het omheinde hek om de HELE tuin, nogal opgesloten. Bovendien was het gras met distels en paardebloemen, niet fijn en zeker niet geschikt voor kinderen om in te spelen! Al met al een tuin met achtertstallig onderhoud. Het toegangshek op een verkeerde plek, waardoor moeilijke toegang tot het huisje. Het keukeninventaris was incompleet. We misten b.v. kleine lepeltjes, eier lepeltjes en klein bestek, kurkentrekker, schaar. Het gascomfort was niet fijn om op te koken. Of je het gas hoog of laag zette, er was weinig verschil in vlam! Dus zachtjes koken was niet mogelijk. Om voor zes personen te koken was het toestel te klein of de pannen te breed. In de keuken en douche weinig comfort om iets op te zetten of op te hangen (doucheplankje, haakjes voor handdoek/theedoek). De slaapkamerdeur en badkamerdeur kwamen nogal eens met elkaar in botsing. Één van de stoeltjes zat niet fijn, vanwege een kapotte veer. Op zich een mooi huisje waar meer gekeken zou moeten worden naar inrichting en woongemak/comfort!

Mooie omgeving, prima locatie voor als je de 4 daagse wilt bijwonen. Chalet Berkel 4 heeft helaas geen airco wat eigenlijk wel nodig is met warm zomer weer.
