Great quiet location away from the activity of the Haymarket. The property was noisy in the corridors especially of the 6th floor. Shower head and pillows were old and due for an upgrade.
Generally a nice option and will probably return.

King bed was very comfortable. Could not hear neighbors and hallways were also quiet. The only thing that had a problem with was the parking. Huge lot but I did not see any security. A parking garage would have been nice.
I still guve it a 5 star rating.

The hotel was great, clean, and newly updated. Very very Cornhusker themed. It’s location is a little odd, in the middle of the Nebraska Innovation Campus, and the parking lot is off and down a hill, so spring for the valet.

All the people on staff were friendly and informative. The young people on staff had impressive customer skills.

Only bad thing I can say is the policy for incidental damages. They take $50 from your account just to get the room then takes 5 days to put that money back in. I understand needing a card on file but not taking money for no reason.

Loved The Scarlet….beautiful, clean. Loved that we didn’t have to leave the property for coffee (by the way…amazing little coffee shop) or breakfast, lunch, supper. This beautiful place was overall perfect. Will definitely stay again. People were very gracious and friendly❤️

We thought we booked breakfast on hotels.com at our hotel. In our confirmation email it said breakfast for 2. The front desk at our hotel was no help and the receipt didn’t have it on there, just the total. So pretty sure we paid $30 for a breakfast we didn’t get.
