"Nos pusieron 2 toallas de ducha y dos de baño para 4 días y 4 personas,nos faltaban sábanas para las dos camas abatibles,se iba la luz al poner el microondas,la cafetera tenía rota el asa...al coger el café caliente había que hacer malabares y en general le hace falta renovación de mobiliario,los digas con manchas y quemaduras de cigarrillo,por lo demás la estancia bien,camas cómodas y bien ubicado el lugar."

"Friendly lady reception staff at the Hotel Arcs where we collected our key for our apartment 604, receptionist walked out of hotel to point to the green garage gates for our secure parking which was underneath the apartments and a couple of minutes walk away. The apartment was spacious and light, kitchen a bit tired but more than adequate, plenty of utensils and very clean. Only used the one bedroom, bed was firm which suited us, white cotton sheets. "Overall this is a nice hotel. The thermal pool is excellent! The 40 euro spa is nice, but not worth 40 euros. Our air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived and they came within the hour to fix it. Fun fact: the hotel turns off the air conditioning from 0200 to 0600 ish, so if you wake up warm, that’s why. "
