Try to get a room on floor 0 ( US floor 1 ) because the room I stayed in on the 1st floor ( US floor 2 ) could challenge those with mobility problems. Also the on property parking is a tight squeeze, someone with a caravan will take time to get parked. Parking is not a show-stopper, just something to be aware of....
