"In person, the staff were friendly, and helpful. But when communicating through email, they are quite unresponsive.
Our family rooms were excellent. Two separate rooms, with our own private hallway.
Location was very convenient in the Westend (financial district). We had international cuisines nightly - Japanese: Earth Tokyo (superb ramen). Chinese: 老成都 Szechuan, Thai, Mexican, Vietnamese. Shopping area in Goethestraße. Close to Frankfurt airport.
Parking, even though is attached to the property, has a separate entrance. You would have to ring the reception area to get them to let you in, which can be quite confusing at first.
One downside, rooms were not cleaned daily/alternate days -- not that I needed my towels to change or bed to be made. I just needed the garbage tossed. Little trash cans fill up very quickly. Even though the rooms are not cleaned daily, you can ask whatever you need from the front desk. Oh, and there are no phones in the room. So you would have to go to the reception desk every time for questions/requests."
